| When a rotary engine has
400hp or more, the plates and housings have a very high possibility of twisting. Are CNC Machined for perfect alignment, every time to tight tollerances When this happens the result will cause the clearance of the eccentric shaft and rotors to change creating more friction and increasing the wear on the housings and bearings. By adding extra dowel pins to your high horse power rotary engine you will keep the clearance the same at all points. This will increase the life of the housings, apex seals, plates and bearings. |
